What AdAgent is
AdAgent is an internal creative-production platform operated by AppAgent, s.r.o., Prague, Czech Republic (appagent.com). Access is by invitation only, for AppAgent's team and collaborators working on AppAgent projects.
Your account
You sign in with your own Google account. Keep your access to yourself: do not share your session or invite link with anyone. We may suspend or remove access at any time, for example when a collaboration ends.
Acceptable use
Use AdAgent for the work it is made for. Content created, uploaded or generated in AdAgent belongs to AppAgent or its clients under the terms of the relevant engagement, and may not be taken or used outside that work.
Availability
AdAgent is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It is an internal tool under active development: features may change and the service may be interrupted, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppAgent, s.r.o. is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, AdAgent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
