Who we are
AdAgent is an internal creative-production platform operated by AppAgent, s.r.o., a mobile-marketing agency based in Prague, Czech Republic (appagent.com). AdAgent is used by AppAgent's team and invited collaborators; it is not a public consumer service.
What data we collect
When you sign in with your Google account, we receive your basic profile only: name, e-mail address and profile picture. We use these to identify you inside the tool. The Google sign-in scope we request does not give us access to your files, e-mail or any other Google data.
While you use AdAgent we also keep standard technical records (sign-in times, actions performed in the tool, IP address) for security and operations.
How we use it
Authentication and access control (AdAgent is invitation-only), attributing work done inside the tool to its author, and keeping the service secure. Nothing else.
What we never do
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties, except for the infrastructure providers that host the service (hosting, database and storage providers acting as our processors).
Storage and retention
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers and kept for as long as your access to AdAgent is active, or as long as the law requires. On request we delete your data without undue delay.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through appagent.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the current version will always be available at this address.
